ARCHIVES

One of the main components of HUMAN SCALE, the Romanian participation at the Architecture Biennale, is the documentation of 20th-century architectural drawings from Romania, with a particular focus on scale figures. In Venice, a curated selection of 24 drawings is presented at the Romanian Pavilion, while a larger body of over 300 works is exhibited at the New Gallery of the Romanian Institute of Culture and Humanistic Research.

Below is a selection of drawings shown across the two venues in Venice, followed by links to other collections available online. The drawings  are part of the following public and private collections, to which we extend our sincere gratitude.
